Whats the Windows equivalent for 'Spaces (Mac)' or 'Workspaces (loonix)'
Anyone know? Where you can have like multiple desktops and switch over with the click of a mouse?

In the UNIX world these are known as "pagers." Search for pagers for Windows and you may find something.

unfortunately the powertools thing keeps the windows on the taskbar the same despite whatever 'desktop' you use
anyone know of another program?

I know ATI have multidesktop software only works with ATi video cards tho.
