Seems crazy that you can more or less legaly (so far) just steal other peoples traffic and monetise directly off of their lost revenue.. hope this does go to court and sets precedence for any internet traffic thiefs as zango and the likes.
Stuff like this does affect us all.

Of course it is good for epiccams and epiccash.
But I am talking about the affiliate's point of view. You have links up everywhere on your TGPS and sites pointing to epic's hosted galleries. Then bam, they are all 404'd and your traffic is now sent to epiccams without your affiliate ID.
I can understand why they have to do this, maybe there was some legal issues in why they had to 404 the galleries, perhaps 2257 issues, whatever, I don't care.
But all they had to do was pass on your affiliate ID from the 404'd gallery to epiccams and no one would have any reason to complain. They didn't. (this was done well before hahaha took over, by the way)Last edited by Guest; 04-17-2008, 03:20 PM.Comment
