I'm assuming you mean some of the notes the gospel of john was based on. the gospel of john is actually considered the least historically accurate - written about 100 years after Jesus's death.
mathew and luke were written about 75 years after his death.
Mark was written about 50 years after his death and considered by non-religious biblical historans to be the most historically accurate gospil of the events of Jesus's life.
