I always sleep exactly 10 hours every day at the weekend until I wake up.

On request (read demand) from my co-workers and my family I sleep atleast 8 hours per night. If you ask me I am fine after 5 hours, but apparently I am wrong:-)

know that feeling but its actually a stress factor.

you need to try and relax a bit. It doesn't sound like you need 8 hours a night but then try to force yourself to at least 6 hours and at least 4 hours of activity a day which has nothing to do with computers.
