Selling Biz.... Tips/Advice/Recommendations/Contacts?
Hi Everybody!
After a good 10 years in the adult biz promoting affiliate programs, we're finally considering moving on to greener pastures. As we have no experience when it comes to selling an online adult business, I was wondering if anyone had any Tips / Advice / Recommendations on where to advertise the sale and how to get started? Just to give you an idea of what we're working with... we've got a well established, well linked, network of sites (link directories, TGP's, review sites) primarily focusing on the gay niche (about 90%). Working 20-30 hours a week we made $95,000 in commissions in 2006, and $99,000 in commissions in 2007. Not huge, but not small change my any means. The business is still going strong, but our interest has faded and we have other opportunities we are focusing on now. With NO HOURS or updates invested in 2008, we're showing a projected $46,000 in commissions for the year. Any pricing tips, general sales info, advertising locations, or contacts you think we should get in touch with would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! skyw8er25 ![]() |
