I understand your point Mutt but I cant rewrite history, thats what happened with AdultBouncer... As for deluxepass, I have NO clue how they are still around, nothing on that site is licensed, atleast adultbouncer takes the issue SOMEWHAT seriously

When you pick your five titles, we upload the .avi's chopped into scenes per the license agreement so you can create your site. If you have your own content that is licensed to your deluxepass site, we require you to fax us your license agreement so we can have it on file. If your site ever violates our content policy your account will be removed w/o warning and all funds will be forfeited.

I had a problem with AdultBouncer at one time and they were pretty fast at fixing the problem and having the webmaster of the site remove my content.
