    Question: Epassporte and Sponsor Payments

    I got an Epass gift account and it says the transaction limit is $500,00 per transaction.
    My problem is that i dont have any sponsor payment below $500,00 Do they go through because they are sponsor payments or do they get rejected?

          incoming sponsor payments over $500 go thru with no problems
          and if you want to send eg. $1300 to me, just send it with 3 payments in a row and it will be fine

          also, be careful, when your account balance approaches $5k, it might get frozen
          I don't use ICQ anymore.

              Thanks for the tip, but why does it get frozen when i reach 5k?? Do i have to send in papers and wait a couple month till i can use it again like on paypal?

                  I never keep $5k there so I don't know personally.
                  But I heard you might send the papers actually in advance.

                  Also, I heard gift account are treated slightly worse than normal account opened by yourself... but I can't say more. Perhaps Michael will see this thread and give a detailed answer.

                      Hey Machete,

                      They added Upload Documents tab in the menu on the left side of your account. So you can scan and upload documents beforehand as polish_aristocrat said and you'll be safe.
                      It's a fraud preventing measure from the side of ePassporte.

                              To verify a gift account with no CC or bank account attached we need a copy of:
                              ID
                              Utility bill or bank statement with your name and address on it.
