I should have added that all but 1 of the member area examples are entire programs, not just single member areas The largest deployment is a cash program with 45 pay sites split among at least 6 different servers, all running off of 1 copy of our software trouble free for the past 2-3 years.

If you're looking for something that's not only robust but also flexible, scalable (and proven) you will not find a better alternative.

Sure. The FHG plug-in lets you select content managed by the cms and have the system automatically load your gallery templates and produce web-ready galleries. The system will cut videos into clips and encode them, take vidcaps, as well as randomly select photos, crop thumbs, etc. The whole process is automated and allows creation of 1 gallery at a time or galleries in bulk, never using identical content more than once, so that no 2 galleries are the same.

The plug-in also includes an affiliate front-end where affiliates can choose templates, sorting and/or export options and either view a list of galleries or export a custom text dump list.

A friend of mine said he hired this company to build a backend for him and AJ was paid and never completed the project. I later heard that he had done this to a few other programs, that he pumped them for info about building a CMS system, getting them to spec it out for them, on their dime, then didn't deliver.

Opinion:
Must be nice to have others fund your development, while you rip off the ideas of others.

Just some info I've heard and opinions about this company. As with everything, do your research, before purchasing anything.

I have no clue who you are and you clearly have NO IDEA who I am. Not sure which AJ or which company you're referring to but I've been in this industry for nearly 8 years and have a client list that includes many of the largest companies in Adult today, have absolutely no need to look anywhere for ideas and can't recall a time when I was paid for an unfinished project and in fact, the few times either of my companies was unable to deliver, the clients were issued full refunds that included deposits even when work was partially completed which is more than most companies will do.

For the record, we have never provided a service where we "build a backend" so I feel safe in saying I have no idea what you're taking about and clearly neither do you.

In the future before you make an anon post referencing "indirect" sources you may want to make sure you have your facts straight and actually have the ability to back it up.

Thanks for the post though, I'm sure the tiny drama you're trying to create will help us get more attention and sell more of a great product that so far everyone seems extremely happy with. Perhaps we should hire you to help us with our marketing campaigns

All the core files are encoded, however, since we use code-based templates (XSL/XHTML/CSS) instead of Smarty or a template editor setup, etc. the entire output can be modified extensively including the content itself since none of that is encoded.

We can provide documentation that you or any programmer can use.

There are many times when a client pays for something knowing full well that it will be resold...and also times when someone requests a feature that we had already planned to include but were not planning to develop for several months. In other words, the client is simply paying to get something done faster as opposed to giving us novel ideas we hadn't already thought of.

We've yet to have a client request a feature that provided a competetive advantage that required them to demand exclusivity.
