The local billing option is hot right now. A big part because of the decline of the dollar against the euro. There are many + and - points about implementing this local billing option. I'm still not sure or it's the right thing to use. You?

this was bound to happen not all surfers are idiots and some will move on to paysites that charge in dollars and pass the ones charging more.
