Adobe Premiere Question....
So I switched from Vegas to Premiere and I have no idea how to insert overlay titles on a video, I've been able to create a title and put it on the storyline but it is not showing on top of the video, instead it has a black background which blocks the video........
Need some hlp fro people who use this app....... ![]()

make sure frame blending is on, and the title you are trying to use doesnt have a blank black layer inserted by accident.

Which version of Premiere are you using? You have your video on timeline track 1 and you simply add your title on timeline track 2, immediately above it. Your title should show up over the video, only obscuring the parts under the letters by default. It should not block the track undermeath as if it was say, a solid black color matte.
