    wow i just got the rudest lady on customer service for epass

    trying to get some things fixed (still ) and tried again with phone support
    this lady was super rude towards me and kept repeating her self over and over and over...

    they need a "webmaster support line" for crap like this.

    I have contacts other than support but it is all email and takes forever to get a responce :/

    Ask to speak to her supervisor and that customer service rep. she will be fired if you make a big enough deal of it.

          You should contact their supervisor and that customer service rep. If there will be many people who is telling what they think about such support , then they should do something with this. Thats impossible to get any informations from such "helpful" stuff.
