Im off to my local Cafe Joie in Mission Beach to have a huge coffee a bowl of Acai followed by a traditional English breakfast of eggs, bacon, fried tomato, mushrooms and toast.

Well, I finally settled on perogies topped with seasoned ground beef, sauteed onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream!
It was a heavy breakfast, but delicious!
