              Depends on what was your last version. Actually v.3.9.7 has no new features. It just fixes and improves the excising ones. For example, it sanitizes the guids, adds morphing for old-style (RSS 0.92) feeds, prevents WP's visual editor from auto-modifying of reserved symbols in URL's ("[", "]", "(", ")", "|"), and implements some other fixes and improvements.
