Sounds like a scam to me. For people who have sites on there, have you made any kind of arrangement with this company? There's no way they can be generating logins for a site they don't control. Especially a universal login. What if that login is already taken by your site with a different password? Simply doesn't make sense. Technically such a thing would not be feasible without cooperation with the sites themselves.

Total and complete scam. This guy doesn't have everybodies members area. And of course he doesn't have a "universal user/pass" because even the one or two of you out there who aren't smart enough to have Phantom Frog or StrongBox on your sites would quickly see the entire human race using a user/pass that was all over the forums and password sharing sites. The whole thing is a huge scam to take money from people. Our sites are not in there...he'd need a couple of complete hosting companies to host all those sites.
