We're here to stay longterm, so no chance of a realtor stopping by anytime soon.

But...

We did have a water meter installer need access last fall. In fact, he had to install the new meter on one of the studio walls (behind the black box/frame on the right side of the room). He was rather amused with the studio and must've asked a dozen questions.

Of course, my wife (ever the biz whiz) asks the installer if he has any daughters over 18.
