No, but I did hear the news wrong. A woman found a FETUS in the washroom, not a penis.
It has since been discovered that the fetus was left there, in the garbage, by a 14-yr-old girl who hadn't known she was pregnant and miscarried in the washroom. Poor kid  The girl, I mean.
