    Anyone here use Netbilling's cancel form?

    It has been having issues on and off for a couple weeks but now it is not working for us at all. If anyone is using their cancel form can you please test it and let me know if it is working?

    Thanks,
    Mark

    I'd talk to Jeremiah, but it's pretty easy to just handle this, yourself:

    Send a POST to: https://secure.netbilling.com/gw/native/selfservice1.2

    z_Account=YOURNBACCOUNT
    LOGIN_NAME=USERNAME
    PASS_WORD=USERPASS

      Just to clarify this is our cancel form connecting to Netbilling's database which is not working. We sent an email to Netbilling but haven't heard back.

      Thanks,

          That works for us too. You can also make a custom form and post those fields through it.
