i grew up on a farm. the end of our driveway ran right off onto a secondary highway a couple miles turn of a primary just a short distance out of town. so we routinely had random pets dropped off at the end of our driveway. i think at one time we had like 6 fucking dogs running around that no one knew where they came from. people need to start taking some fucking responsibility if they're going to get a pet. don't go getting a dog if you don't intend on keeping and caring for it for the rest of it's life. i don't understand how someone can just take their dog and drop it at the end of a driveway in hopes that whoever finds it takes good care of it.
