    ePassporte Virtual Card

    How come with some sites it works and some sites it doesn't? I mean things like CCBill isn't bringing my card up as good and stopping me with a pre-auth error. Is there a way I have to format my info for it to work? Anyone know? :D Thanks!

      Thats just how it is. Ironically you can use it to play poker but not to buy an ebook thru 2checkout.

          it's because with some card processors they require that the issuing bank of the "card" be in the same country as the card holder. So you will have places where the card works and others where it doesn't.

                          So if I change country in my epass profile to Curacao, my card will work everywhere, right?

                              No, there are other reasons why you can not use your card at some merchants.
                              It could be because its a debit card, a virtual card or that the merchant is blocked.

                              Also the name and address on your account should be your real name and address or you risk your account getting blocked.
