well said 12, well said....if peeps jump at that offer, they're looking for a quick profitable way out of something that's prolly on it's way down....but hey, selling price is not fixed at 1.5 - 2.0x and with some research I'm pretty sure varius will be able to spot weakness and make sound investment decisions.
