do you license music for videos?

do you license music for promo vids and all other videos in content? or how do you guys do it to add background music to videos on your pay site? I'm getting ready to launch our model site and creating a little demo but I'm having second thoughts about including music that is not licensed.

You can use royalty free loops from sample cds.
