I think we have given some pretty good and honest answers to some business related questions. It might be that there are more people that wonder about this then just 3xtom :)

Some of the biggest fears a program owner have is changes.
Servers / Scripts / Billers / Whatever that may have an impact on the general turnover.
It's a difficult choice too to make, on one hand why fix something that is not broken? On the other hand you may know that you reached your limits on a current platform and need changes.
