Moniker: Cheap, 100% reliable, auto renewals and in contrast to some recent posts here, their customer service was always great for me.

Moniker: great: reliable, fast support, clean interface...
Namecheap: good but their interface sucks (buggy, timeouts when looking up domains, domains that have been transfered away from them still show up in your control panel etc etc)

Never had any problem with godaddy, but there's some horror stories.
Never had any problem with dotster, they are great.
I recently used name cheap, but the fact that they host their website on a IIS server makes it VERY scary.
network solutions(used when they were the only ones) I don't use them anymore.

Strongly, strongly recommended.

When it comes to complaints, they are second to none.... Richard often personally answers the email and takes great interest in providing the best service.

Godaddy is very functional but they go crazy with the upsells. You actually have to concentrate to simply register a domain without being tagged with a 20 yr hosting plan.

I would check any registrars customer service hours. If they are simply 9-5 stay far away! You don't know what stress is until your domain is down and you have no idea why.
