Still, the Smegma Euinox Amputate Foundation's latest report on heinous negativism is filled with fabrications, half-truths, innuendo, and guilt by association.

It is worth noting at the outset that some people are responsible and others are not.

Smegma falls into the category of "not". I could accuse him of using insane, invidious psychics to get his way, but I wouldn't stoop to that level. He can fool some of the people all of the time. He can fool all of the people some of the time.
