SPONSORS: single opt-in email addresses

A question for sponsors

Which of you guys would allow single opt-in mailings to promote you?

It doesn't matter if its single-opt-in, double-opt-in or tripple-opt-in, as long as it doesn't generate complaints. And if it does generate complaints, it doesn't matter how many times the user opted-in.

correct - but it's up to the sponsor to take that risk

The more the opt-ins, the less the risk is

That's why I'm asking if they allow it.

Thank you

good points XXXPaysiteDesign

well it's up to the particular sponsor - to allow me to carry this on

that's why I'm asking the sponsors to post if they'd allow me to promote their program this way.

Single opts are fine, as long as it really is and they don't generate a bunch of complaints.

I has a guy email me this week with "15 Million Double-Opts" he wanted to mail to. BS makes the world go round.

Aztek, hit me up 11231574 or [email protected]
We'll take single opt-in as long as there are no forged headers, a true opt-out link and minimal complaints.

We're very picky about any wording that would appear on the mailings, so that would have to be pre-approved. We're flexible but we don't want mailers for our sites ending up in every 12 year old AOLer's mailbox or in the inbox of cranky webmasters ;))).
