I think overall that if the person matches with another no matter what the size, height, weight, color, creed, auto class, etc...they should go for it..

with that said..I am 6'0 and prefer women between 5'4 and 5'7

I am just shy of 6ft, and I prefer my man to be taller, albeit I have also dated shorter than myself (because they were to wonderful a person to pass on based on height). The shortest was 5'10 and lord did I wish he was 6'2

Marina, isn't it nice having height? I find it particularly beneficial when we are playing the roulette table and can reach to put our chips on any number we want.

I shot a couple with almost precisely that difference (he was an inch or two taller) and they looked good together. If the guy were that much shorter, some people would be rude, but balls make up for such things.
