Well all i know is if hillary enters office women might get the right to vote! now thats a scary though..

Useless Warrior 03-11-2008 10:10 PM

All your base are belong to Obama.

The same people who complain that Barrack Obama is getting votes due only to his skin color are the same people who would not vote for him due only to his skin color. But why would it matter if that IS the reason? Most people vote based upon how they feel about a person, without knowing much of what they stand for or plan to do anyway. Look at all the people who voted for Bush because he seemed like the kind of guy you could sit and drink beer with. Oh yeah, that's an enlightened manner of voting. Appalachia, here we come!

Obama is a fucking Novice, he not even a 1 time senator.

It is pretty clear to me that most of my fellow Americans are fucking brain dead. Obama is a sham and phony.

Not because he is black, race got nothing to do with it.
He has ZERO experience.

Wrong. A good number of them that are saying he is only getting votes because of his color are not voting for him because of his lack of experience.

I will admit it. I will not vote for him. Not because he is black, but because he has no experience. That is why I have said over and over, he should have done like he originally planned and waited 8 years.

Another thing to add to Obama and his whole campaign is based on "Change" in America.

Yet he puts nothing on the table to exactly what this "Change" is.
Obama has no fucking idea what he will change. I not heard what he wants to change, I not heard of any long time plan of his that is "Change" related, I hear nothing about any of it, yet the dumb fuck leads in the poll's its fucking pathetic.
Not a god damn clue has this man got about the first 100 days.

Hillary knows where all the dirt shit deals the republicans got burried everywhere, she knows what to remove, fight and change and every time she says what she gonan do Obama stands thiere and says yeah thats what I will do!

That's right, very divided party.

You left the rest of the sentence out "but received only 8% of the delegates to the national convention."

lol, yeah as if he ever had a chance.

So, what's the story on Alan Keyes?

On a golden platter? Not sure how you can feel that is true. Did you not see the all time historic lows of the current republican president and how the voters threw the republicans out on their asses in the last congressional election. Sure the democrats have sucked, but there is still very much an anti-republican feel in much of the country.

Mutt 03-11-2008 11:37 PM

hahaha POT KETTLE BLACK - Geraldine Ferraro got the VP nomination because she was a woman - had she been a man - white, black or green - she was a nobody, she'd have never been considered without a vagina. And Hillary Clinton - she's even worse - she'd have never been anything but a crooked lawyer if not for her husband's political accomplishments and positions.

Democrats are so retarded it's actually very sad because the Republicans have no competition for the White House.

I am saying the Democrats should have had a slam dunk for 2008. Now, I have a better chance than they do.

And Mondale may have stood a chance without her.

They just don't get it. Women, Jews, blacks . . . they are a hard sell.

Ah I misunderstood your post. I fully agree. About 8-9 months ago I think pretty much everyone assumed that the dems were going to stroll into the white house and but things have really changed.

I saw a politcal guy the other day say, "every election the dems figure out a new way to lose."

Funny, I am watching Lewis Black and he just commented on how the Dems could have gotten rid of Bush in 04 but went ahead and nominated Kerry.

It is almost like they don't want the responsibility of being President. This way they can blame everything on the Republicans.

Gunni 03-12-2008 12:49 AM

clinton wouldn't be getting much attention if she wasn't a woman and if it wasn't for her husband.
Obama is the most charismatic person in the race. The fact that he's black has helped getting him some attention but if he was un-charismatic and talked a lot of shit he wouldn't be where he is now

I had always said that Gore was handed the presidency and screwed up badly and lost. Then in 2004 they had a very good chance of winning it back. People were unhappy and things in Iraq were going badly. I don't know if Howard Dean or any of the other candidates would have been able to do any better, but they lost again. I always say that one of their problems is that they never fight back. Bush attacked Kerry and he refused to fight back or defend himself. I think people want to see someone that will stand up and hit back when they are hit. If you come off like any kind of wimp it hurts you bad and a lot of the dems come off as wimps.

exactly. Clinton, for all his faults, was still really popular when he left office. Gore should have rode him to the whitehouse but he decided he had to make sure he distanced himself from him.

Ferraro resigned from the Clinton campaign today :thumbsup
