Would this be wrothwhile?

I live in a dorm, and my neighbor has this HOT freak of a girl who is 18 that will gladly fuck on film.

Start an all exlusive site with the content is probably a bether idea then selling it. Call it dorm walkers, and have a new girl gething nailed on film a week. Would make a killer site.
