Two days ago I withdrew $75 from a poker room to my epassporte account. Then I get hit with a $35 renewal fee. According to everybody here I should contact Michael from epassporte, so I did and told him to take out the fee since I wont be using the card. He emails me back saying he can't. Now I am stuck with a card I dont use and they don't intend to send me a new card since the one I have the date is expired. I can only use this card also for a couple of months and not a full year. According to my account it will be expired in August. So they charge me $35, wont send me a new card and wont give a full year for it. I am being taken here and I withdrew that money from my poker account to buy some traffic. I feel like $35 is wasted when I could of brought more traffic. Now I can only buy with what I have left. I don't see why they have to charge $35 also.

I got the fee + lost my card. Asked for expedited shipping and was assured I would have my card within 9 business days max. Due to a "miscommunication" my fucking card got sent via regular mail. Now 3 weeks after losing my original card, my new one was just shipped - another 2 weeks of waiting...

Consider it a $35 lesson, I dropped these people a long time ago when they scammed me out of about $600 in private auction sales. I sent out product to people, paid for shipping and then never got my money from the account because they came up with some lame excuse reason to close it and keep it along with my funds. I was pissed.
The simple fact is weather it's $2, $35 or $10,000, companies like this are doing this to not just 1 person, they are doing it to almost everyone at one time or another making a large business profit from it (loopholing the customer) in some way. I just wish these companies would provide the service their there to provide instead of getting greedy and coming up with ways to screw the consumer.

you will get a new card.. The date is based on when you originally signed up for Epass. You will get a new one in the mail b4 the old one expires, so you will have a card for a year.
When mine came it only had 2 months b4 it expired, but I got a new one in the mail about a week b4 the other expired.In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment
