Advice on recruiting/enslaving sig whores

Soon I will be looking to hire some. Any suggestions? Is it better to pay Per-Post or per-month? What's a reasonable rate? How many posts per-day do you expect from your SW? Am I better off approaching posters who specialize in being bombastic assholes? Am I better off approaching posters who specialize in being nice guys/girls? I'm as green as they come in this dept., so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you really do want to buy signatures then do not choose people who talk shit, you dont really want you site listed in the signature of idiot.

Choose people who post genuine, mature replies.

I honestly wouldn't go for quantity, i would go for quality either.

pay him 500 bucks and give him a budget, let him work all the deals for you.

you need to know who to buy and who not to buy here, if not youll end up with a slew of morons you really dont want pushing your program anyways.

Hey EuroDuke, I noticed in your sig that you have Bukkake, and WaterSports sites! I am looking for RSS Feeds for my Blogs for these niches. Do you offer RSS feeds?

As far as sigs go ... it's a very fine line between branding and clickability. I have usually always had a long term sig deal where I was paid per month. The last one I had lasted for over a year.

I think the pay per post deals can lead to people posting as much as they can ...this does get your site noticed and can capitalise on the subliminal effect helping branding ...

Paying per month you can be more selective and work out a ballpark minimum post number and an agreement that the poster will start threads, post in discussions,and even answer questions relevant to your program ...for example if people are looking for a niche you cover ... then they could obviously post and promote you within the thread!

As far as rates go:

Paid per post:
Most people are being paid between 10 cents and 20 cents per post.


Paid per month:
It really depends on what they are prepared to offer you in terms of starting threads, being involved in discussions, and providing info about your sites. Most sig buyers posters to have at least 1k posts and to have been a member for a least a year. Figures range from $100 per month up to $500 per month and more. You can usually get a better rate if you buy for more than a month at at a time. Although make sure they are an active member before you consider this.
