1. What's the file format of choice? .wmv, .swf, .mov, etc.?

2. What's the preferred dimension? 640x480?

3. What's the max file size per clip? 50mb for 3 min?

Oh, and please spare me any drama ... Tubesite owners are experiencing in 2008 what the original cash programs experienced in 1996 ... get with the program or join the magazine subscription guys!

I usally like wmv so we can make it into flash video format with proper thumbs, nothing over 3 mins, we usally post 1-2 min videos

You should probably offer both pre-encoded FLV's, and WMV's at highest quality possible, so people can encode themselves at whatever resolution they want, and get the best results.

preferably hosted if you can, kind of like how perfectgonzo is doing is PERFECT, with the ability to dump the list like fhg's do
