Had nonfat milk with dinner. I don't know why I'm not dehydrated - I rarely drink anything unless I'm eating. Even if I walk for an hour I don't drink anything during or after. Never have. My father drinks around 2 gallons of water a day and just can't understand me, lol.

BUT, I can't eat w/o drinking. I don't know how people don't touch their glass until after they're finished.
