I've never had a problem besides the ol 2 weeks for a check to show up and the $500 monthly limit to withdraw.

Got scammed on eBay for $1200 but eBay/PayPal wrote that I was covered up to $2000 on the transaction and It was later confirmed by eBay that I would get all my money from PayPal however PayPal decided that $175 was enough.
I complained and they threaten to shut down my eBay and PayPal account. eBay and PayPal sucks balls!

I was paid with "stolen credit cards" from two people now my account is way negative and they expect me to pay.
Isnt it THEIR responsibility to check for stolen cc's? |
