the gays don't work like the straights Joe, well unless you count dp's and homo stuff like that. in the gay world they meet and greet on the scene. only one or two guys that act as agents and it's very personal. they blow the talent as a screen test. then a young kid will only work a few scenes and be gone. they are very difficult to get a hold of and I doubt very seriously if they would even talk with you. the bigger stars are all connected and know who to shoot with, the producers all know who to hire... the rest is just pick ups at bars and ads in the local 'trades'... check the gay mags in the west hollywood and silverlake areas. -bmb
