Sorry to say but letting traffic that was proven profitable and loyal just drop while you try to sell pay per e mail joins to weg, and getting that traffic back is very hard to do.

The CJ surfers were loyal, and they did convert. Made a killing off ad spots from them in the past.

Getting that type of traffic back will be a task for anyone.

Come to think of it, CJ was basically one of the internet's original tube sites, no? It just wasn't called a tube because it existed years before Youtube came along.
