I asked John for an update, if the people who caused all the trouble for NATS back in December were caught if there was any leads, etc.. How the investigation was going, hell for that matter is there anything we can do to help with it ?

Aparently John is screaming to high hell about this. Eric said I am repeating the same bullshit and that is why I am getting warned. Someone find me 1 thread in the last 2 months where John or anyone from NATS gave an update. I wasn't debating what happened to nats if it was fixed, I wasn't bashing them either. I was simply asking for an UPDATE? I would contact him individually but wouldn't everyone else like to hear if there is an update or note too?

Sorry i posted in his thread, all he had to do was say " no update" and i would have left, no thread jack would have happened, nor was that what i was trying to do. Like thread jacking is a banable offense around here anyway, even if that was my intention, which it was not.

I have never cheated, scammed or stole from anyone on this board or industry. I post a lot of helpfull information here and help people. I fight the right causes and now I may be banned because I asked John for an update.

I have to say that posting in that particular thread probably wasn't the best way to go about getting answers. It seems like you tried to sabotage his thread. I use nats for 2 different programs and would love an answer to what happened, i just think it was poor timing on your part.

This whole secrecy about who made money from the leaks makes it hard for me to trust them...

Was there ever any police report filled about this ? I asked this questions 10 times during the drama. Never got any answers.

That dumb fucker making Nats threads everyday made the attention go away from the problem onto him...

We visted the NATS suite in Vegas hoping to discuss this as well but found the suite locked down and John in another suite hobnobbing with Corvette.

I wonder if Segpay takes priority over the NATS clients now?

From stuff I've seen on this board:

1. "Red" colored nick = Nothing of any substance to ever warrant reading or replying to. Look up some "red" nick posts and see for yourself.
2. "Green" colored nick = 50/50 crap shoot. Gotta either have followed some posts of the "green" or do your own research. Few warrant replying to or reading, however.
3. "Yellow/orange". Test join date to number of posts. Usually, an older join date with low number of posts = one who posts more thought.

Your post count means nothing.

The point is that it is not something that he wanted to discuss on the board. That is a fair position to take. I don't think it is particularly professional to be discussing these matters on a public board either.

Same here.. It is quite funny how it all just disappeared and was never talked about again. I still see it as a very "shady" deal. When you take into consideration that John also ran Pornograph.com and it was "supposedly" sold just prior to it being used to infect thousands of webmasters sites with Trojans. He wouldn't talk about that either.

So John has a shady past and is far to quiet, about BS that has fucked over hundreds if not thousands of webmasters. Yet he remains silent and wont give any of us any updates as if none of us deserve it or should know. Seems like history repeating it's self.. so what will be next?

As I've said in the threads, unfortunately there is nothing new to report and no one has been caught. These things aren't as easy as some people like to pretend they are.

The issue was fixed months ago. If we have any updates on finding anything else out about it they will be made.

I agree. I thought Nats received a great deal of unfair criticism form a certain person but a refusal to respond to even reasonable inquires makes it seem like they are hiding something. Rushing to get Will76 banned for politely inquiring into the issue raises even more doubts. As an affiliate I also resent the repeated implication that only programs who purchase Nats have a legitimate interest in the issue as opposed to affiliates who are supposed to trust in the integrity of the software.

The security issue was just as much of an issue for affiliates as it was for program owners. I'd like anyone to show me where I've said otherwise as I don't believe. If I ever have, I was wrong, but I really don't see that as something I'd ever say as I don't believe it to be true. You have as much interest in it as people who run NATS.

I have no problem answering questions about it, any questions, I'm just tired of doing it here with dozens of fake nicks, trolls, etc. running around. And it was gone about in totally the wrong fashion in that thread. If something is so important to you and you're wondering about it for months you don't dive into a special offer thread with it. I'm easy to contact. It hasn't been the first time he's given me a hard time either. I didn't go running to Eric right away, inf act I didn't even mention Will to Eric until the next day when he tried to start an anonymous drama thread about my company. I guess jumping into the first thread with drama wasn't enough for him.

The check was fedexed out to Webmaster Toy Run today btw.

Again, I am more than happy to answer any questions from NATS users or affiliates. I'm just done doing it here. It just ends up wasting time with people who aren't even in this biz or fake nicks, etc. If you are an affiliate still feel free to contact me. I'm more than happy to discuss it with you.
