It looked really dodgy character and story-wise from the previews with tacky and cheap production that looked like a mid 90's kids show. And not in a good way like Red Dwarf... I wasn't drawn to watch it at all. I'm not that desperate for sci-fi.

I watch it and love it, but then it's set in the City that I live in... it's ads something else to it when you can see them driving past your house chasing aliens into the bar and clubs you drink in.

I'm fully acknowledging I haven't even given it a fraction of the time a show deserves before commenting on it - It just looked that bad - I literally turned to the wife and said "we are so not watching that". It looked like a campy pisstake of the genre. I initially didn't think it was serious until I did some reserach on the web to find out wtf it was. |
