It looked really dodgy character and story-wise from the previews with tacky and cheap production that looked like a mid 90's kids show. And not in a good way like Red Dwarf... I wasn't drawn to watch it at all. I'm not that desperate for sci-fi.

I watch it and love it, but then it's set in the City that I live in... it's ads something else to it when you can see them driving past your house chasing aliens into the bar and clubs you drink in.

I'm sure it's not as bad as the promo's made it look.. I'm fully acknowledging I haven't even given it a fraction of the time a show deserves before commenting on it - It just looked that bad - I literally turned to the wife and said "we are so not watching that". It looked like a campy pisstake of the genre. I initially didn't think it was serious until I did some reserach on the web to find out wtf it was.

I'm with you - watched one episode and looked really good on BBC HD, but that's abut it. Not enough for me to watch any more episodes...

its not a bad spin off of dr. who. if you like sci-fi stuff I'd give it a go.

It's not nearly as good as the Dr Who series, but I still watch it.
