i think you can split an flv anywhere you want. unless its indexed. but maybe not?

You can do that wit this 2 soft, but first is easy to use, but can\t open all flv files, I don't know why. Second open all files 100%
You can use Flash 8 Video Encoder for that, if you have Flash 8 then you have this soft to. |
