Custom CMS needed - php/SQL - anyone? Refferals?
I need an old free site redone with a new CMS, has existing huge member database with pics and comments and all that fun stuff.. the CMS is a mess and I need a new custom one done and have all the old info ported over.
Anyone know any programmers that have made a custom CMS for them successfully? Last 5 programming teams I've hired have screwed me badly, so a referral would be awesome!
