The bike thingy
I started riding bikes legaly when I was 18 years of age and went from scramblers to all sorts of weird bikes including MZs, Javas and even a reliant trike (lol) The first harley I ever had was a sportster then I had 1340 Fat Boy
which just gave me nothing but problems, so I kinda gave the Harleys up and went back to jap bikes. The bike I now have is a kawasaki LTD 700 which is, belive it or not a US import..lol. I dont think I would buy another Harley over here in the UK again. The roads over here are just plain crap along with the weather and because I only past my car test 3 years ago I had to use my bike to go every where and in the winter it was just plain crap I dont ride as much as I used to now I have a car, and I also left the Bike club I used to belong to as they got to involved with the HA which was something I did not want to get into. But I still love going out for a blast in the summer with my other bike friends, and still meet up with the old bike club from time to time.

Right on halfpint. My hubby used to have a 76 Shovelhead (FLH) and he loved that bike - but literally it was so beat up that shit used to fall off it when he was riding; and he'd have to turn around, pick up the piece, attach it back on the bike, and continue on. LOL! |
