Had content stolen from RealGFs.com, or other CCBill processed sites?

If you've had content stolen from RealGFs [member's area or FHG], or by any other CCBill processed site, please let me know.

You can add your name / links / screencaps here, [ or hit me up on ICQ, if you want to avoid getting DDoSed by russians ;) ]

I've already got a list of about 3-4 companies who have that this happen, and one more including myself.

I'm going to try my best to see if we can work something out with CCBill.

Let's see if we can clean things up.

Just spoken with corvette - If you're affected, please contact me on ICQ or email [email protected]. I've been told that action will be taken - so now's the time to step up and do something

Stealing content can't be thought of as "Targeting" a niche or regular competition. At least not to 99.9999% of the business world.

Honestly, probably a mix of both, and a few more.

#1 - They're stealing blatantly from everyone [about 15+ sponsors identified now]
#2 - They've got a stack of underage stuff in here, that they ripped off blogs, myspace, etc. Most of it is NN, but that's not the point.
#3 - Sure, they're competition. But they're unfair competition. It's hard to compete in a niche when others are cheating.
#4 - CCBill bills for these guys, and they *know* they don't have the license for the content. The fact I have to dmca 4+ times to get a site taken down is crazy.

Everyone is groaning about the state of sales and theft in the industry at the moment, I'm just starting somewhere. Sure, it's in my target niche, but you have to start somewhere.

Oh hello, it's you again.

#1 - I said multiple times that I don't support theft of content. And I don't.
#2 - The whole drama and bs of the first post was resolved hours after posting, and discussing it with you on ICQ. You know this. Our site continues to be 100% legal.
#3 - What's your problem exactly? I'm trying to do something about a site that's blatantly stealing content. Have you got a problem with that?

Seriously gleem, it's obvious you've got an axe to grind, and I'm frankly sick of your habit of twisting words. I could go on and on, but simply put:

Just wanted to clarify: CCBill obviously can't drop sites because of rumours of what might be.. I have full confidence that when the DCMAs are sent for the multiple infringements and verified, billing will be pulled.

I just simply am pointing out the same way I did over ICQ qhen you thought I was crazy for suggesting it's the sites responsibility if it's posted illegal content, not the site it's hot linking or the surfer that uploaded it. And I told you in the thread and on ICQ when it happens to you, you will understand that it is wrong and it is the site that posts it responsibility, and sure enough, 2 weeks later , and you understand. That is all.

of the 5 or so sponsors I recognized through their fhgs they have stolen the most from me. The funny part is most of the content was in the fhgs and not the members section. I will icq you in the morning.

FUD. The discussed issue was
#1 - hotlinking.
#2 - as you also know from the ICQ conversation, I said that being from JMC/RavenRiley, we've had shit stolen in huge proportions for years. Having a lawyer on retention and sending out multiple DMCAs doesn't make it a new issue at all. However, at the time, you arrogantly informed me that this was irrelevant.

Honestly, I'm at a complete loss over you. Grow up, get over it, and stop attempting to manipulate.

Thank you, I appreciate that.
I'll get the DMCAs prefilled, contact owners, and get them to double check the info, provide the contact info and shoot them in.

I was wondering about this earlier, do ccbill actually play any part in the review of content or do they just pass it over to Visa? Surely they can train some monkeys to recognise WATERMARKS of other paysites......

I wonder how do paysite owners (if it's not unique solo girl paysite(s), which they own) find out that their content is stolen and used on sites like RealGFs.com? I believe if pics have watermarks it's easy. If pics have watermarks retouched or the pics are resized/cropped/flipped, etc?
I own some exclusive content and non exclusive too, so possibly I may be a victim too.

How do you find out that it's your content that it's stolen and publicly exposed on other sites?

In this instance, I grabbed a pass and went through all the sets one by one.
They have a mixture of watermarked content, cropped content, etc.

Other than that, unfortunately normally you have to keep your ear to the ground on where your stuff is

We've been discussing realgfs.com on another board and noted that some of the FHG pics contain watermarks of well known sites. Is the webmaster arrogant, or just stupid?
