we are not affected by that VISA US shit since we decided to let US billers die 6 months ago...
our billing processor uses redundant VISA merchant accounts in several non-US contries... so the shit that came out in April/2002 from CCBILL, IBILL and PAYPAL never had happened with them... http://www.dibill.com/tools/affreg.cgi?wid=640 |
