darn it...bluff called. I am on my laptop at the moment so I don't have my pic. The one I use as my avatar on JBM is what I look like at the moment. Once I can get back on my main computer I will post it. I am still a fat chick but less fat than any previously posted pics here.

Thank you..I am just getting used to my looks changing with the weight loss. So, I can be reluctant to put myself forward while I am still a work in progress :)

lol..I can try. I am on a plateau at the moment and it is taking a lot of my own ass kicking to stay motivated. It just feels better to be trying for the good things to happen than just sitting back and waiting for the bad.

That is so true, but you know sometime it`s just damn hard to take that first step and telling yourself all the logic there is to it. Like, i will feel a lot better, get more energy, look better ect ect.

Comon knowledge really and everyone knows those things, but it can still be hard to put a date on it and and stop with all the bad excuses to go out and get a coke some candy or what not.

Also, i have a little shop that is open to midnight all days like 100 meters a way. that totally sucks. I can manage the day time with not buying anything, but come 10-11 pm at night and i just need my daily sugar fix lol.

We refer to them as "snack runs" and you can't do one before midnight. a few candybars and some Chocodiles usually do the trick. :(

Snack runs, of course.. just couldent remember the term for it :)
I have a 5 min bike ride if it`s after midnight and i usally dont do that. but anyways, it sucks to have something that close open at night time.

Snack runs are the work of the devil. We have two junk food shops and a chippy right across the street. I refuse to go over there after dark even for 'just a drink' because I know that is when temptation strikes the hardest.
