				Fucking spammer from the Phillipines...

This guy is the biggest douchebag in the world.

He has a bunch of shitty .info domains, and he points these domains at random adult sites, then sends out a million spams containing his shitty .info domains, and gets the adult site flagged as being a spammer. How do I know this? He did it to one of my websites, and now he's doing it to someone else. Look at his domains: www.shallfoodbag.info www.datepuretown.info www.cantcarryask.info www.bugworkopinion.info www.dividegrainback.info www.duskcrowdsong.info www.earhoweverbelow.info www.offersorrymuch.info www.weremusttable.info www.battlemondayeasy.info www.beyondwoodcross.info www.cantcarryask.info www.cryplaysave.info www.darkdoorcook.info www.dayseveralsentence.info www.diemouthdark.info www.equaldarkfish.info www.fargetmonday.info www.firmholdoften.info www.gifttownhello.info www.indeedperfectin.info www.knownheataround.info www.losspositiondistance.info www.mengivemuch.info www.monthpromisewrite.info www.newvisitgift.info www.offnamesquare.info www.separatememberof.info www.sinceanswerglass.info www.squaremedry.info www.stormhilllove.info www.thinglassraise.info www.thoughfootthrown.info www.untilfoodbelong.info www.daimoswebservers.com They all point to tgmovs.com. Here's his whois information: (all of the domains have the same info) http://whois.domaintools.com/shallfoodbag.info http://whois.domaintools.com/daimoswebservers.com How can you stop from happening to you? Code:
Make sure a) your web server rejects requests for domains not hosted on your server or b) add this to the .htaccess on all of your sites:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^(.+\.)yourdomain\.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.yahoo.com/$1 [R=301,L]

if his domains all point to tgmovies he either has a deal with tgmovies or it's his own site - otherwise how would he get paid without an affiliate link?

Yes. That's exactly it. This guy redirected all of his .info domains to one of my sites last month and luckily, I caught it and was able to redirect all the requests away from my site. If you're web server is accepting requests for domains that aren't hosted on your server, you could get screwed over big time.

There's another way to do it... make sure the first virtualhost on each IP you have points at an empty site (eg just an empty directory, so it returns a 403 error). This will ensure that if someone connects to your IP but does not present a known hostname, they will only see a simple error message rather than the site (yours) they think is being spammed.
