All the information you ever need can be found right here on gfy. If your patient and willing to do some research you can get a cheap design, find great content thats at bargain prices and most content producers are willing to discuss payments with you. The one thing I found the hardest so far is finding a great biller. I don't have my own paysite up and running yet but it's something I've had in mind for a while now. Since I can't find any work here on gfy after posting my resume and references its something I plan on making. Everyone says the internet gold rush is over. That's not really true its still very much around the only main difference is you have to work twice as hard. I see some people that whine and bitch all the time on gfy saying that people here are ass holes well you'll get that no matter were you go. Gfy in my opinion is one of the best places to network and make some great contacts. If your polite, honest, trust worthy and a hard worker almost anything is possible.

I've been a webmaster for a couple years now. My blogs aren't exactly successful I will be honest. My newest blog has only made one sale so far according to webalizer it's making 3k a day. That doesn't stop me at all though. I've seen to many people here just give up because sales don't come in right away. I know to some of you this thread is going to sound kind of funny as I first mention about building a paysite then my blog but I just needed to rant a bit and get this off my chest.

yeah it's easy to set up a paysite... i can set up a few of them today, no problems. but to have them convert good and get the members to stay i can't sell much else than exclusive content nowdays...

A profitable paysite is like any other business - it takes time, perseverance, adaptation and momentum to build a good, viable revenue base.

Its akin to bull and bear markets in stocks. Those in for the long haul can (and I say "can" - not "will" here) sustain a decent livelihood from it. While those who jump on the bandwagon expecting the world to flock to their door will soon wander away disappointed.

Time and time again I get asked by people asking me how we've been successful at it over the years. And I always tell them it doesn't take an Einstein. Just devotion, a willingness to do what it takes...and an ability to wear several hats at the same time.

Having a unique idea along the way also helps.

I recently blogged about opening your first adult paysite. Building/opening a paysite isn't the hard part, it's maintaining everything/business, ect that goes with running a paysite that's hard.
