I wonder if whoever buys it also gets the harvest script where it rapes every movie gallery from all the movieposts and tgp's out there......
I find it funny that about 90% of the links have a recip ro every other tgp and moviepost out there except his. Nothing like letting everyone else do the painstaking task of reviews and then just swipe it and add it to your site. Oh well good luck in the sale of it. |

I never had the privelage of working in a coal mine, so I couldn't equate it to reviewing galleries. (of which I don't do) My instincts would tell me that working in a coal mine would be much more difficult than reviewing galleries. I can think of a million things that are much more painstaking then reviewing galleries. With that said, what is your point? What is the relevance of referring to everyone as a fruit, tard etc....have to do with my post? By your post, I can only assume that you endorse swiping links from other sites and listing them on your own. |

from a gallery posters point of you , does it bother u? more traffic to your gallery? The TGP does not OWN the content and as no rights over it i think it benefits the gallery submitter...
also it seems mad to me that the majority of tgps all review the same galleries, why dotn 10-20 tgps get together, have a group doing reviews and then out of the thousands of galleries a day they all pick their galleries...

I never re-write one submitters Description, why should I? If they can't be creative or imaginitive enough to think of something besides "Fabulous Blowjob" then fuck em, they won't pull the hits. It's the webmasters that are creative with their gallery and with their description that I put up top, that pulls the hits, keeps the traffic coming back, and helps me make money. You build a shitty gallery, you post a shitty description, your gonna get a shitty placement. ClipHunter gets a lot of it's movie posts from the pichunter submission. I submit movies at pichunter, they get moved over to clip hunter Enjoy, I have said my two bits |

The Hun sent me his page about thieves and I found this part interesting: Penalties for copyright infringement, including the unauthorized copying of links from The Hun's Yellow Pages, include statutory damages of up to $100,000.00 per act of willful infringement and recovery of attorneys' fees incurred in taking link thieves to court. I wonder if these people that steal can AFFORD to pay such a price? Wouldn't be as much as TheHun gets but it would still be a big chunk of change! Nice way to make a bunch of cash is to just find some lazy fucks who stole your links! |

If you buy the site you can add a webmaster link and start accepting movie submissions. It would put your recip link out there and bring in more traffic.
There must be a mad force of traffic going to cliphunter because the traffic just exploded in the last few days.

Nice easy cash for those webmasters who busted their asses working thier site that this moron just came along and ripped off! Could you imagine how much some of these thieves would end up paying - if the webmasters who he stold from realized how much they could SUE his ass for? I know what your saying though.... most theives DON'T know how to make money hence thier stealing...... they steal in hopes of making some change... sad. |

I bet he would think real hard next time he gets an itch to steal! But hey I see loads of sites that just go rip off peoples archives and make an entire site...... takes a lot of creative thinking to copy and paste....... I mean the internet copyright laws are easy to understand For stealing pictures, graphics or text: under 17 USC §101, et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages as high as $100,000. Further, such copyright infringement is a direct violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. There are many lawyers that would LOVE these kinds of cases and most only charge AFTER they win the case - so no loss for the owner who wants to stop these lazy fucks from stealing from them. |
