:mad Fuck Epoch Fuck Visa!!

Ok I need to release some heat!!!
So here it goes!!!

Last week I talked to my account rep. at Epoch which shall remain nameless for now.
The rep then told me that I would have an answer first thing the next day.
That's now like 3 days ago, and today I find out that the rep ain't even in the house atm.

Instead I'm told that I'll get an email sometime this week about the whole situation.

WELL FUCK YOU EPOCH!!! YOU GO TO THE BOARDS ALONG WITH THE OTHER STODGES AND TELL WHAT IS GOING ON WHEN IN FACT YOU HAVEN'T GOT THE SLIGHEST IDEA!!!

AND WHILE I'M AT IT FUCK VISA TOO!!!

What the fuck have you guys been smoking the $750 fee is cool with me but a max of 1% chargebacks on us based transactions and 2.5% chargeback on foreign transactions.

Anybody who has ever ran a paysite knows that it should be the other way around. Do VISA even have the slighest fucking idea of how hard it is to get your bank to make a chargeback on your account.

In the US you just call the bank up and Voila! you got your money back!!!

Are you really worried about going over 1%? My sites are at 0.02%... In another thread, most people don't sound worried...

Rebills count in that chargeback percentage right? And does that mean 1% of the $ amount or 1% of the transactions?

maybe that's the reason for iBill's little cash register check out last minute sales thingee....if they run enough of those through, it'll lower the overall chargeback % (in theory)

can i just ask you how many transactions you do a month? just wondering cuase the more transactions means more risk for charge backs.. also depending on the billing co. you use alot of charge backs and refunds are cuased by the billing co. I see alot of instances when a client cancels and the billing co. still proccess the rebilll .. and then the customer charges back or refunds.
