Lil over a week so far...but the cravings are pretty much gone...kinda...I just don't handle small stresses well.
like... waking up in the morning. working. etc. y'know...the small shit... but dude...my gut is fucked up...I dunno if its the increased amount of freakish food I crave and eat or if nicotine settle s the stomach or some shit...but man.... MY ASS IS A CONSTANT SOURCE OF VILE ODORS! MY TOILET FEARS ME! AND MY STOMACH WHEN NOT GROWLING WITH SUDDEN HUNGER, IS BOILING WITH FIRE!

I already got my Dr. appointment to get Zyban on Friday. Hellz yeah! Realized I will be a smoker for 10 years straight this summer (minus three months of Boot Camp). Fucking scary. |

I did it straight up cold turkey...I smoked like one or two a day for like 2 days...but it got annoying cause the cravings would start to fade and that one smoke was like a reset button...
I just realized its been about 12 years for me...and its killing me...obviously...so hopefully I can stick with it...

I quit smoking cigs for months now... I don't miss it... I tried smoking a cig a month ago (i was with some really sexy smokers) and damn horrible taste...
Now I smoke these miniature Macanudo cigars -- pretty good taste, cheap, and they fit easy in a pocket... just a few puffs and you get the same nicotine as a lot more cig smoking. Try to brush your teeth afterwards ;) A pack of 8 is like $10 -- lasts me a couple of weeks at least. |

My friend told me that Freud smoked something like 12 cigars a day even when he had cancer in his jaw LOL... I'd never smoke that much but cigars are way better -- more nicotine, less smoke -- your lungs are safe -- and they burn slower -- the ash insulates the burning so they are 100% more efficient...
