um...it isn't even out of beta, LOL
in fact, unless he knows you, i don't believe he is even allowing people to sign up for beta http://www.verifiedcharge.com/ i would venture to guess there are quite a few issues opening an online bank, you have to gain peoples trust and opening something like that half assed is not the way to do it |
