The only thing that matters is who actually votes.
John McCain isn't exactly pushing Republicans to the polls. Right wing conservatives do not like him since he is only slightly to the right. They've got to get some other issue on the ballots that riles Republican voters up enough to leave home, such as they did with gay rights issues in 2004.
Obama on the other hand is likely to cause traffic jams around the polling places. This guy will get people out to vote who've never voted before.Comment
